Smooth service, definitely explained everything well and told us what was due to keep the car running how Subaru designed it. Did mention we can return since we werent prepared for the longer service and we live over an hour away. Offered a loaner but would rather plan for it better in a few weeks. Big thanks to Erik who helped and Noah poked by and said hello like he always does!
Great service team, definitely a much longer wait time than normal. They mentioned being down some techs but Erik did tell me a better day and time to try next time. Hopefully changing that keeps me shorter times for my oil changes.

It’s located close to us, it has a good inventory and they were very helpful, attentive and nice. Our sales advisor kept checking during the whole process, texting, reminding, offering, he was the only salesman that followed up after our visit from all the dealerships we visit in the city.

Kept our car current and still picked the car up before dinner. Saturdays are definitely busy though so may have to move to a week day for even quicker service.

Zach Brooks was a very good advisor who made sure I knew what was going on at all times. I have had Zach as an advisor for other visits and I can say you can trust him. My first time having Zach as an advisor it was for an installation totaling thousands and he made sure i benefited from every penny spent to get my car fixed.
